Mango Tango Chutney

Mango Tango ( 1 x 10mg THC)
1 ½ Cup Dried Mangoes (OR: Half a can of mangoes in light syrup)
1 TBSP Olive Oil
2 TSP of Fresh Ginger
2 Cloves of Garlic
½ Cup of Red Onion
½ Cup of Golden Raisins
1 Red Chili (Remove Seeds for less heat) (OR: 1 TSP of Red Chili Pepper Flakes)
1 TSP of Ground Coriander
1 TSP of Ground Mustard Powder
1 TSP of Ground All Spice
½ TSP of Ground Cumin
¼ TSP of Turmeric
¼ TSP of Ground Cardamom
¼ TSP of Ground Cloves
¼ TSP of Ground Cinnamon
2 Cups of White Granulated Sugar
1 Cup of WhiteVinegar
¼ Cup of Black Tea, Very Strong (use 2 Tea Bags)
Salt and Pepper to taste


1. Heat the olive oil over medium-high in a medium pot/pan.
2. Saute the ginger, garlic, red onion and red chillies for a minute until nice and fragrant.
3. Add the spices and saute for another minute.
4. Chop the mangoes.
5. Steep the mangoes in the black tea for 30 minutes.
6. Add the mangoes, raisins, vinegar, black tea, salt and pepper and stir to combine.
7. Bring it to a rapid boil and reduce to medium-low heat.
8. Steady simmer for 1 hour. Remove from the heat and allow it to cool down.

OPTIONAL: if you prefer smaller chunks, use a potato masher to mash the mixture to the desired consistency.


Pairs perfectly with samosas or on curries. It’s an elegant addition to any charcuterie board and fits nicely with cheese like brie.
